About Public Storage
On Jonesboro Road, this Public Storage handles more than just household goods. The lot has drive-up units up to 10x30 that work for vehicle parking, and indoor spaces if you'd rather keep your rig out of the weather. Access is 24/7, so you're not racing a gate schedule after a late trip. Reviewers keep bringing up Tanya at the front desk. People say she's patient, explains things clearly, and goes out of her way to get you the right unit. More than a few mention the place is clean and well-kept. A couple of reviews flag rent increases, so read your lease terms. The 4.8 rating across 475 reviews is the kind of number that usually means the staff is doing something right.
