About Public Storage
This Public Storage on the north side of Lafayette has drive-up units that go up to 10x30, and some are set up for RVs, boats, or vehicles. You can pull right up to the door, which makes loading and unloading a lot easier. There are also climate-controlled 10x10 units inside if you need something smaller for sensitive gear. Reviewers often mention the staff by name, especially Nigel, for being helpful and quick to answer questions. One person said he's always upbeat and personable. Others talk about the unit selection and how clean the property is. The online rental process gets a few mentions too, and the gate is open 24/7. Rates get mixed feedback. One reviewer was unhappy about a 40% increase after three months, so it's worth asking about rate changes when you sign. Another reviewer appreciated that the manager followed up right away. The facility is wheelchair accessible.
