About Public Storage
This Public Storage in Lewisville handles RVs, boats, and standard household goods. You can pick from indoor climate-controlled units or outdoor parking with drive-up access. The place is open 24/7, so you can get to your rig whenever you need. With a 4.6-star average across 441 Google reviews, there's a clear split. Many reviewers call out the staff by name for being helpful and clear during the rental process. Shannon and Ian get frequent shout-outs for walking people through move-in and making a stressful day easier. Others mention easy entry and the app for getting in and out. The negative reviews focus on management follow-through. Some folks say they've had trouble reaching anyone by phone, and a few mention items left outside units making access difficult. There's also a note about rates going up. If you're considering a spot, it's worth reading the recent reviews yourself and asking about fees upfront. The facility is wheelchair accessible and offers a moving supply store on site.
