About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Los Angeles and handles more than the usual household overflow. The listing covers car storage, boat storage, and RV storage, with covered, indoor, and outdoor options mentioned. Access is gated and keypad-controlled, the lot is lit, and there is an on-site manager. Drive-up access is available for some spaces. Reviewers keep bringing up the staff by name. Ayana gets credit for walking new renters through the paperwork, answering questions, and showing units in person. Eddie is mentioned for calling people directly when a problem comes up and sorting it out fast. Mario and Danielle show up too, mostly for tracking down a space that fits. People also mention the app and paying bills online. The rating sits at 4.8 across 592 Google reviews, which is high for this much volume. It is a self-storage facility at heart, with moving supplies on site, so expect a busy office rather than a quiet yard. Hours are posted and it is not open around the clock.
