About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Nashville with a 4.7 rating across 337 Google reviews, and the staff get most of the credit. Reviewers call out Meghan, Michelle and others by name for being helpful, honest about costs and clear on policy. One person mentioned a staff member checking on them after an accident and bringing water. Another came back for a second rental. Units range from 10x10 climate controlled indoor spaces up to 10x30 drive-up units, with some spots sized for boats and vehicles. The gate stays open 24/7 for renters, and the site is described as clean in reviews. Wheelchair accessible entrance and parking are available. Not every review is glowing. One renter said the electronic gate was broken and blocked access twice, and another food truck owner said unit height was never clarified before renting. Worth asking about gate condition and ceiling height before you sign. Online rental is free to reserve with no commitment.
