About Public Storage
Public Storage on New Bedford offers covered, indoor, and outdoor storage for RVs, boats, and cars. The facility is gated and lit, with keypad access. You can reserve a space online for free, and the eRental option lets you skip the counter and go straight to your unit. Reviewers often mention the staff, especially OJ, the property manager. They call him kind, patient, and helpful, and say he explains everything clearly and assists with the app. Many note the unit selection and affordable pricing, though one reviewer said rent has increased with ownership changes. Another warned that vehicle storage is listed online but not actually available, so it's worth confirming before you book. With a 4.8-star rating from 155 reviews, most feedback is positive. Some mention climate control and a welcoming atmosphere. A few complaints include a bathroom that's often closed and a past pest issue. Overall, it's a solid choice if you want a secure spot with friendly service.
