About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in New Braunfels, and the reviews back it up: 4.8 stars across 152 of them. Reviewers keep coming back to the same points. Clean units come up often, and so does quick response when people call. Several mention feeling their property was safe there. A few call it a new facility with state of the art technology. The unit list runs from small 5x5 up to 10x10, with outside drive-up access or climate controlled inside units on the first floor. Covered storage also comes up. The company offers online eRental if you want to skip the counter, and says it has been giving the same personal attention for nearly 50 years. Not every review is glowing. One long-time renter left after a sale, saying prices jumped and the office manager was rude. Another warned about rodents and pointed to the contract's damage clause. Worth reading the fine print before you sign.
