About Public Storage

This Public Storage sits in New Orleans and offers several ways to park a rig. There are drive-up outside units in sizes like 10x20 and 10x30, plus climate-controlled units reached by elevator upstairs. Access is available around the clock. Reviewers keep bringing up the staff, and one name comes up again and again: Wilfred. People describe him as kind, patient, and willing to go out of his way to sort out an issue or speed up a move-in. Others mention Loretta meeting a customer at another location to help. The polite, quick-to-answer front desk gets called out too. Folks also note the place looks clean and well managed, and that the rental process went fast. One long-time customer says the staff will even push back on headquarters over rate increases. It reads like a spot where someone actually picks up and helps.
