About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in North Bergen and rents climate-controlled units in a few sizes, including 5x15, 10x10 and 10x15. Some are inside on the first floor, others are upstairs or downstairs and reached by elevator or stairs. The building has a wheelchair accessible entrance and parking lot. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. John G gets named again and again for walking people through pricing and unit options and for being patient with questions. Tiffany and Will come up too, along with the clean, well-maintained facility. One person reserved online and finished up by phone and in person without trouble. Not every review is glowing. One customer complained the office was closed twice during the day and that reaching a real person to cancel was hard. Most of the 338 Google reviews land positive, at 4.8 stars. Online rental lets you skip the counter, and packing supplies are available on site.
