About Public Storage
Public Storage on the north side of Northville keeps covered, indoor and outdoor spaces, with gated and lit access for rigs and boats. It sits among the self-storage, car and boat storage options in the area, and the lot handles RV parking too. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Karen, Nicole, Jude and Lawana get named for walking people through signup, sorting out access problems and answering questions, sometimes after hours. The property comes up as clean and easy to get in and out of, and a few people liked the online eRental option that skips the counter. Not everyone is happy. One reviewer warns about a rate increase within a few months and says reaching anyone at the property is hard, with phone calls to the main number adding to the frustration. Worth reading the reviews before you commit.
