About Public Storage
Public Storage on the Kansas side of Overland Park runs a self-storage facility with climate-controlled units, according to the listings. Reviewers write about a staff that's kind and helpful, and a couple of names come up again and again for walking people through the rental process. The gate access and the online rental option get mentioned too. Not every review is warm. Several people describe mold growing on their belongings, walls, and ceiling, and one renter says the humidity inside ran higher than outside. Another writes that the 5x10 they rented measured smaller than expected. Those complaints are worth reading before you sign. The building is described as new and clean by one recent renter. Sizes listed range from 5x5 up to 10x20, all with elevator access and rollup doors. Hours apply, so it isn't a 24/7 gate.
