About Public Storage

This Pensacola Public Storage sits on the self-storage side of things but takes RVs and boats too, with covered storage mentioned among the options. Units run from small 5x10 up to large 10x25, and the climate controlled ones are split between ground floor inside units and upstairs spots reached by elevator. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Kelsey, Sonnet and Jade all get named for walking people through rentals, explaining options clearly and answering questions without rushing. One reviewer has been storing here since 2018 and calls the staff knowledgeable and easy to reach. Others describe clean, well-kept units and a safe feeling around the property. Gate entry and 24/7 access come up in reviews, and carts are on hand for moving loads. The office also called a customer after move-in to check the unit fit and followed up when a door looked unsecured. Online rental lets you skip the counter. The place is wheelchair accessible, parking lot included.
