About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Philadelphia and offers both indoor and outdoor units. You can park an RV in a drive-up outdoor space or keep it inside a climate-controlled building. The property is gated and open 24/7. Reviewers often mention Angel by name. They describe him as patient and informative, and several say he explained their options clearly. One person rented over the phone and called it easy. Others note the staff is usually out on the property, so making an appointment helps if you want to talk in person. Not every review is positive. One renter said the halls and unit needed cleaning and advised bringing supplies. Most recent reviews focus on helpful service. The facility also has a moving supply store on site.
