About Public Storage
Public Storage on the San Juan Capistrano side runs a big self-storage site that also handles RV, boat, and car storage, with covered, indoor, and outdoor spots listed. The place is gated and lit, and you get keypad access around the clock. Reviewers tend to single out the staff. Cindy and Miguel come up by name for walking people through units, helping rebook a bigger space when a reservation turned out too small, and explaining access codes. One person called it the cleanest, most secure storage they had used. Others mention the quick sign up and clean units. Not everyone is happy. A few reviews complain about rent going up sharply after a few months, and one says the office hours posted online did not match reality. Worth reading the recent reviews yourself before you commit.
