About Public Storage
Public Storage on the Upper Darby side has a 4.6 rating across roughly 396 Google reviews, and one name comes up again and again in them: Noel. Reviewers describe her showing units side by side when someone can't decide, reserving a space at another location when this one didn't have the right size, and helping a tenant transfer units. Staff get called helpful over and over, and the elevator draws its own mentions. Units run from medium 10x10 up to large 10x25. Some are inside with elevator access, some sit on the ground floor near a door, and the outside 10x15 and 10x25 units have rollup doors with drive-up access, which matters if you're pulling a rig in. Access is 24/7, and you can reserve online and use eRental to skip the counter. Not every review is warm. Some mention rates that climb after move-in, and one describes a reserved size that wasn't available in person. Worth reading the recent ones before you sign.

“Noel is very experienced customer service rep. I came to her store looking for storage unit, she left everything she was doing and spent time searching for the unit I need , unfortunately her site didn’t have what I wanted.” – SHEKU C., 7 months ago, on Google
“Noel is the BEST! I couldn't decide between two possible units. She spent the time to show me the options. I decided on the first (5x15). She made sure I had all the proper paperwork filled out even though the app was being wonky that day.” – Katie C., 6 months ago, on Google
“Noel helped me transfer to another unit and was so helpful. I am not a fan of the very confusing and vague contracts and pricing, but stuck through it because Noel was so kind and sweet and I trust her, despite not having a ton of faith in…” – Tannia S., 8 months ago, on Google
