About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Virginia Beach and handles more than household overflow. The categories listed include RV, boat and automobile storage, with covered, indoor and outdoor options mentioned. The property is gated, has cameras, and is lit, with 24/7 access. Reviews lean heavily on the staff. Ellen and Chassidy come up by name, and people describe them as helpful, thorough and friendly. One reviewer said a manager called after noticing something different about their unit. Others mention clean grounds and an easy rental process, plus the app for bills and gate access. Not every review is glowing. One customer reported a person living in their stored camper, damage and theft, and said management offered only to cancel the last month of billing.
