About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits on Highland Rd in Waterford Township and rents indoor, climate-controlled units, with 24/7 access. Some units are on the ground floor, and some sit near the door or elevator. Sizes run from small 5x5 up to medium 10x10, and each one has a rollup door. The entrance and parking lot are wheelchair accessible, and you can reserve online for free, with an eRental option if you want to skip the counter. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff, and Tracy by name. People describe her as friendly, professional, and quick to sort out problems, whether it was a rent increase question, a code that stopped working, or moving to a larger unit. Folks also call the grounds clean and secure and say the rental process was straightforward, with the details laid out upfront. Not every review is glowing. One person reported damp contents inside a unit, though staff moved them to another one. It is a self-storage facility, so confirm unit fit before you commit.
