About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in West Palm Beach and offers both indoor climate controlled units and outdoor parking for RVs and boats. The outdoor spots are drive-up and enclosed with bay doors, so you can pull in and lock up. Indoor options range from 10x10 to 10x20, some near the door. Reviewers often mention the staff by name. Sarah, Nikki, Kela, and Amy get called out for being helpful and professional. One person said the process was easy and smooth. Another appreciated that the agreement was explained clearly. The facility has a 4.8 rating across 543 reviews, and several people note the secure feel. Not everything is perfect. One reviewer said the RV parking is dark at night and asked for security lights to be fixed. Another had trouble with the app not opening gates for months. Still, the office team gets consistent praise for sorting things out. Access is 24/7, and you can reserve online or use eRental to skip the counter.
