About Public Storage
Public Storage in Whitehall Township runs a self-storage facility that also handles covered RV parking. Reviewers often name Brittany, the on-site manager, for being helpful and patient. One called her "very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful." The property itself gets mixed notes. Some say it's open and clean. Others point to units that need work, with one describing the exterior as "falling apart." Access is 24/7, and some spaces are climate controlled. Renting can be done online, and a few reviewers said that process was easy. Not every review is kind. Some mention rate increases that come every few months, and one person had a long call wait during a gate outage. The rating sits at 4.5 from 340 reviews, so most people seem satisfied, but the complaints are worth reading before you commit.
