About Real Storage - Dallas
This Real Storage spot sits right next to Interstate 35E near Royal Lane, a few minutes south of I-635. That puts it on a pretty easy path if you're hauling a rig through Dallas and want to drop it somewhere gated. The lot is lit, which matters when you're unhitching after dark. They list covered parking along with indoor and outdoor storage, so there are a few ways to park depending on what you're protecting from the weather. Car and boat storage are on the menu too. Rentals run month to month, and the reviews suggest the rates are fair. Kenneth, the property manager, comes up again and again in what people write. Reviewers call him friendly, honest and quick to get folks moved in, sometimes staying past closing to finish a rental. Several mention the process taking less than 20 minutes. The 4.8 rating across 318 reviews backs up the pattern. One reviewer did report maintenance problems, so it's worth a walk-through before you sign.
