About Redi Storage - Northfield Center
Redi Storage runs this Northfield Center spot as part of a family-owned group with seven locations around Northeast Ohio. The office here is managed from the main location four minutes away on Northfield Rd, so keep that in mind if you drive over expecting to sign paperwork on site. Outdoor parking covers RVs, boats, and autos, and there are drive-up units along with climate control if your rig or gear needs it. Reviewers tend to mention the staff by name, and Cheryl in the office comes up more than once for going out of her way to help. People also write about the place feeling clean and secure, with one person saying they felt safe coming and going from the secured area. Another reviewer was glad their climate-controlled unit kept everything exactly as they left it. Not every note is warm. One visitor found the doors locked at 4:20 on a Friday and couldn't get pricing off the website. Someone else mentioned a mothball smell. The rating sits at 4.2 from 13 reviews.
