About Richmond Road Self-Storage
Richmond Road Self-Storage sits right on US 25 in Berea and has been serving Madison County for over 15 years. They handle RVs and boats along with smaller household items, and units come in a range of sizes. The lot is lit and has cameras, and you get 24/7 access to your rig. Reviewers give it 4.1 stars out of 28 reviews. Several say the buildings are fine and the location is easy to get to, away from heavy traffic. The parking lot has flooded in bad weather, and some people mention poor lighting at night. Others say the staff is hard to reach by phone or message. A few call the staff rude; one calls the hassle worth it. The place does not have a controlled entrance like some newer facilities. If you need to talk to someone, plan to stop by in person. Otherwise, for day-to-day storage and quick access off US 25, it works.
