About Rio Vista Mini Storage
Rio Vista Mini Storage handles both household units and vehicle parking, with spots for RVs, boats and cars alongside regular storage. Unit sizes run from 5'x10' to 20'x20', so there's room for a small trailer or a full-size rig. Covered parking is one of the options mentioned. Reviews are mixed, and it's worth reading them before you commit. The manager gets named in several reviews, and people who had a good experience called her sweet, accommodating and knowledgeable. Cleanliness comes up a lot too, and one reviewer liked the lighting and security on the property. Others wrote about a rude staff member, a front gate that stayed open, rodents and cats on site, and roads that flood and turn muddy after rain. It sits in Rio Vista, Texas, and has set office hours rather than 24/7 access. Recent management drew complaints from some long-time customers. If you're comparing spots for a motorhome, drive out and look at the grounds yourself.
