About Royal State Storage
Royal State Storage sits north of the Missouri River in Kansas City. They offer covered, indoor, and outdoor storage for RVs, boats, and vehicles. Reviewers mention the automated gate and cameras, and some say they feel their stuff is safe there. Management gets mixed reviews. Some renters praise the owners and staff for being friendly and quick to respond, and one notes new owners have been paving the lot and painting the facility. Others mention slow refunds and a past pest problem, so read the reviews and ask questions before you commit. Access hours are extended but not 24/7. You can pay and manage your account online, and the team sends courtesy reminders. If you need a spot for your rig and want a straightforward operation, it's worth a call.
