About Royse City Secure Storage
This is a self-storage lot on FM 35 in Royse City that also handles RVs, boats, trailers and fleet parking. The options run covered, indoor and outdoor, and there's a gated layout with cameras and 24/7 access. An on-site manager is part of the setup. Reviewers tend to bring up the staff first. People describe them as understanding and helpful, and several mention the rental process going quickly, including getting to see a unit before picking one. Boat storage comes up often, along with safety and price. A few mention room to maneuver, which matters with a long rig. Not every review is glowing. One person reported mice droppings and bugs in their unit, and another said the gate gave them trouble during rain. The same reviewer later posted an update saying the unit was fixed and new office staff were polite. Others have flagged rate increases over the past year. No prices are listed here, so ask when you call. Worth a drive-by to check the gate and see your unit before signing.
