About Salem Self Storage - South
Salem Self Storage - South sits on Wiltsey Rd SE in the South Gateway neighborhood. It's a self-storage facility that also handles RV storage, including covered spaces. The place is gated, fenced, lit, and watched by cameras. Access runs 6 AM to 9 PM daily, not 24/7, so plan your trips around that window. Reviewers with 202 ratings at 4.4 stars mostly talk about the staff. One manager gets named for helping even off the clock. People mention quick rentals, clean units, and a welcoming atmosphere. A few say prices came in lower than the big chains, though rates aren't posted here. Units range from 5x7 up to 20x20 drive-up, with wide aisles for trucks. Online rentals and payments are available, and they sell boxes and packing supplies on site. One reviewer noted a follow-up call after an online reservation.
