About Self-Storage at U-Haul
This U-Haul spot on the Gilbert side sits near North Gilbert Road and the Heritage District, so it is an easy stop if you are downtown. The facility handles both indoor and outdoor storage, with climate-controlled units and drive-up access for vehicles and boats. Access runs 24/7 under cameras, and there is a wash on site. Reviewers keep mentioning the staff, roughly a half dozen times, calling them helpful, professional, and friendly. One repeat customer rents trucks and storage here and praises the young crew by name in spirit. Another thanked the associates who helped load the last item into a truck. Cleanliness comes up too, along with the stocked moving supplies. Not every review is warm. One person was upset that a two-day overstay on a unit was not prorated and said they would not return. Worth knowing before you sign. Month-to-month rentals and online payments are part of the setup.
