About Self-Storage at U-Haul
This is a U-Haul self-storage spot off Roper Mountain Road near Interstate 385, close to Haywood Road. Not much curb appeal to speak of, and the reviews say as much. One person called it affordable and convenient, nothing flashy, just a basic storage unit. Units come indoor and outdoor, with climate control in some of them. There's drive-up outdoor space and room for vehicles and boats if your rig needs a spot. Security cameras are on site and tenants get 24/7 access. Month-to-month rentals are available, and you can handle payments and move-in online. Reviews land around 3.3 stars, and the three of them split hard. One customer had a run-in with the manager over a rental mistake and alarm, and wasn't happy about how it was handled. Another praised the staff as friendly and helpful and called the whole experience excellent. Go in knowing the service side gets mixed marks.
