About Self-Storage at U-Haul
Self-Storage at U-Haul sits on a busy stretch of Hattiesburg, close to Palmers Crossing and the zoo. It's a U-Haul facility, so the same lot handles moving trucks, packing supplies and vehicle storage alongside regular self-storage units. For RV owners, both indoor and outdoor storage are listed. Outdoor drive-up spots let you pull the rig in without much shuffling. Indoor units and climate control are there if you want the coach out of the Mississippi weather. Cameras cover the property and access runs 24/7. Reviews are thin, just one Google rating so far, and it's a five. That reviewer singled out Joshua for being professional, knowledgeable and patient with someone who doesn't do well with modern apps and online systems. Worth knowing if you'd rather sort the paperwork with a person at the counter.

“Joshua was very professional and knowledgeable. Very kind and polite. Great customer service. Great customer service goes a long way with older people that don't know how to navigate the more modern things.” – Gwen K., 3 months ago, on Google
