About Self-Storage at U-Haul
This U-Haul facility on the north side of Minneapolis offers covered, indoor, and outdoor storage for RVs and boats. It sits near I-94, close to Near North and Theodore Wirth Park. You get 24/7 access and cameras, and the place has a wash on site. Reviewers are split. Some praise the staff, especially Sammy and Sammi, for going above and beyond and making moves quick. One called it the best U-Haul they've used. But others report break-ins, rat problems, and a dirty lot with no room to maneuver. One reviewer said there's no security on site and not staffed past 5pm. It's a mixed bag. If you want covered or indoor space and easy highway access, it's worth a look. Just read the reviews yourself before you commit.

“This is the best Uhaul facility I’ve ever experienced. They have impeccable attention to detail, compassion, and clarity in communication. The manager, Sammy goes above and beyond to make sure people have and know what they need.” – Laxmi D., 8 months ago, on Google
“I wish I got her name, but the woman working the front desk was amazing. Even though she was manning the office alone, she went above and beyond to get me setup with my new unit and made sure it was close to the space I was migrating from.” – Benjamin H., 3 months ago, on Google
“Amazing customer service from Sammi! My piano was too big for our unit and Sammi hooked me up with a new unit in just a few minutes. She even drew me a map to help me get to the unit more efficiently while I pushed a big piano around.” – Patrick S., a year ago, on Google
