About Snapbox Self-Storage
Snapbox Self-Storage sits on Whitehorse Mercerville Rd in Hamilton Township. It runs as a self-storage facility with covered and indoor units, plus climate controlled space, and it also takes boats and vehicles. The place reads as fairly new, and reviewers mention clean units. Staff get most of the praise. Caitlin comes up by name for walking customers through unit options, and people describe the team as kind, down to earth, and good on the phone. The lease process is called easy, and reviewers say the site feels secure. Not everything lands. Some reviewers say no one is on site for help, callbacks come hours late, and the gate nearest their unit was often down, forcing a detour. A few complain about price jumps and unplowed snow. Worth reading the reviews before you commit.
