About SpareBox Storage
SpareBox Storage sits in Rochester and handles the usual self-storage along with RV, boat and car parking. The lot is fenced and gated, and you need a code to get in and another to get back out. Buildings on site take a separate code again. Reviewers get split on this place. Several mention staff by name and call them helpful, and one long-time renter said the site stayed clean after coming back. Payments come up a lot, and not always kindly. More than one reviewer says the rent has gone up repeatedly, and one says the website price did not match what they were charged. Call before you sign if the rate matters to you. Others flagged security and who else was staying in units, so walk the property before you commit. Climate control and online payments are listed among the services.
