About Star Rentals
Star Rentals is a storage yard in Morgan City that handles boats, RVs and general self storage. Reviews point to reasonable pricing, and one customer called check-in easy and quick. Another said the place looks a little run down but the price was good. Getting someone on the phone is the common complaint. One reviewer said calls went unanswered for months and the office was often empty. The owner responded that lightning strikes had damaged key computer hardware. Another reviewer suggested Facebook as a better way to reach them when the phone does not work. Cameras are on site. The yard stores boats as well as RVs, so it is set up for trailers and larger rigs. It holds a 3.7 rating across 14 Google reviews, which fits the pattern: decent prices, uneven communication.
