About Storage King USA
Storage King USA runs an outdoor storage lot in Broomfield, gated with cameras on site. RV owners and others park rigs and vehicles here, and a few reviewers mention an SUV that sat two years without a problem. The manager, Rich, comes up again and again in reviews. People describe him as friendly and honest, the kind of guy who suggests a parking space plus a small unit instead of pushing an upsell. One long-time customer says the property got cleaner and more secure under new management. Reviewers also note the lot is easy to get in and out of with a truck. Rates on the vehicle space were called reasonable, with no automatic annual increases. It is a storage lot, not a 24-hour operation, so check the office hours before you drive over.
