About Storage King USA
Storage King USA on the Minneola side of things runs a self-storage operation that also covers RV, boat, and vehicle storage. Climate-controlled units are available if you want your rig out of the Florida humidity. The site has video recorded security and alarm monitoring, and the office offers moving carts and dollies plus move-in trucks. Online payments are an option. Reviews land at 4.7 stars across 333 Google ratings, and a lot of them talk about how smooth the process goes. Caitlin gets named more than once for walking people through truck reservations and answering questions, and Wanda at the call center is mentioned for sorting out a website discrepancy quickly. Others call the staff kind and helpful and the units clean. A few reviews are less kind. One person was quoted one rate and saw another on the paperwork, and another got a rent increase only five months in and was not happy about it. Booking can be done online, and the rental paperwork is described as clear. If a rate question matters to you, ask before you sign and get the number in writing.
