About Storage King USA
Storage King USA sits in Passaic, New Jersey, and it handles more than the usual household overflow. The location is listed as a self-storage, automobile storage, boat storage and RV storage facility, so there is room for rigs as well as boxes. Covered storage and climate control are both mentioned. Reviews land at 4.6 stars across 332 Google ratings. The staff gets the most attention, with plenty of people calling them kind and helpful. One reviewer said the front desk made them confident enough to rent. Others describe the place as clean and secure and easy to get into, and one noted the process ran smoothly from start to finish. It is not perfect. A reviewer complained that months went by with only one working ladder for the overhead lockers. Someone else had a billing dispute over a refund and was unhappy with how it was handled. The site has alarm monitoring and a video recorded security system, online payments, and moving carts and packing supplies on hand. The office is not open around the clock, so check the posted hours before you drive over.
