About Storage King USA
Storage King USA sits on Western Ave in South Bend and has been in business since 2003. Reviewers often bring up the staff, including Star and Shianne at the front desk, saying they were friendly and took time to answer questions about pricing and unit options. One customer new to the area said Shianne helped compare prices. The facility offers climate controlled storage along with standard self storage, and the company also lists packing and moving supplies on site. Security comes up in reviews, and some visitors describe the property as clean. Online payments are available. Note that several reviewers mention rate increases and billing frustrations, and one points out there is no elevator to the second-floor units.
