About Storage King USA
Storage King USA sits on Sawdust Road in The Woodlands, and it has been in business since 2003. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff by name. Machelle switched a reservation to the right unit in minutes, Judy walked a customer through available spots before signing, and one renter said the property manager went beyond any manager they had known. That is the thread through most of the feedback. The place runs a video recorded security system, offers climate controlled space, and sells packing and moving supplies. Truck rental comes up often in reviews, and people also mention clean units and a rental process that goes quickly. One reviewer keeps a 5th wheel there. Not every review is glowing. One renter was charged from a date earlier than the confirmed move-in and got a unit with a defective lock before being moved. The property is wheelchair accessible, with an accessible entrance and parking lot. Online payments are available.
