About Storage Sense - Ballston Spa
Storage Sense sits in Ballston Spa and handles more than boxes. The lot has drive-up units plus boat and RV storage inside a gated property with lighting, so you can pull in after dark and not fumble around. Reviewers keep coming back to cleanliness. People mention the property and the units themselves, and one noted the moving cart inside the building made a drop-off easier. Staff get named praise too, with folks calling the manager helpful and knowledgeable. Not every review is warm. Some renters describe regular rate increases and a broken AC unit in the climate-controlled building, and one mentions needing proof of insurance or buying a policy. Worth reading the full reviews before you sign. The facility is also veteran- and women-owned.
