About Storage Star
Storage Star on Harpers Road is a self-storage facility near Oceana Boulevard, handy for Virginia Beach, Dam Neck, and Naval Air Station Oceana. They offer indoor and outdoor vehicle storage for RVs, boats, cars, and trailers. Units range from 5x5 to 17x24, and some are climate-controlled or drive-up. The property is gated with electronic access, lit, and under video surveillance. Reviewers keep mentioning the staff. Ulysses gets named a lot for being polite and on top of things. One person called about an RV space and said Joe was super nice and accommodating, and they committed to six months, which halved the monthly fee. Others said the units are spotless and the setup was easy. Not every review is glowing. One renter had debris come in through worn weather stripping and found a mouse nest when moving out. Still, with 322 reviews and a 4.9 rating, most people seem satisfied. Rentals are month-to-month.
