About Storage Unlimited, Inc.
You'll find this place on the east side of Austin. It's a no-frills lot that handles RVs and boats, and it doubles as a U-Haul dealer. The location is straightforward to get to, and the monthly rate is often mentioned as low for the area. Reviewers have kind words for the staff, calling them friendly and helpful. But recent reviews also flag problems. One person said their RV was moved to the back of the lot and later broken into, and that there are no cameras or gate. Another mentioned having to mow weeds around their spot. A boat buyer said a leak was found after purchase and repairs were disputed. If you're considering storing here, the reviews suggest it's worth visiting in person to see the lot and ask about security. The office has posted hours, so call ahead if you want to talk to someone.
