About Store Smart Self Storage
Store Smart Self Storage sits in Cookeville and offers both climate-controlled and regular units, plus parking for boats and RVs. The grounds are gated, lit, and covered by 24/7 cameras. Reviewers mention the owner and staff as polite and helpful, and several call the place clean. One person said they called around ten facilities and this was the only one with a unit bigger than 10x10 available. Another liked it enough to say they'd lease here again. Not every review is glowing. A long-term tenant wrote about a lighting problem in the climate-controlled building that dragged on past a year, and another described a rude encounter at the lot. The rating sits at 4.3 from 53 reviews, so it's mixed but mostly positive. Worth a call before you drive over if you need a specific size.
