About StoreEase Self Storage
StoreEase on Martin Road in Huntsville runs a self storage setup with coded building access and climate control. Reviewers often call the rental process quick and easy, and some mention a virtual manager handling things online. The site is lit, though one reviewer noted there is no security gate around the parking area. Staff get consistent mention for being cheerful and helpful. One customer said Ammar made picking a unit size simple. Another praised D'Licia for answering questions in a friendly, knowledgeable way. People also talk about the clean site and the ability to add or switch units without much fuss. Not every review is positive. A long-term tenant reported a climate control failure that led to humidity and mold, and said the company did little to help with the insurance claim. Another renter warned about rate increases in the first several months. These are worth weighing against the high overall rating.
