About Superior Storage - Pleasant 2
Superior Storage on South Pleasant Street is a self-storage spot in Springdale with outdoor parking for RVs, boats, and cars, plus drive-up units. The lot is fully fenced with an automatic gate and keypad entry. Cameras are part of the setup. Access is available around the clock. Reviews are mixed, and you should know that going in. People often mention the staff as pleasant and the sign-up as easy, with clear explanations at the counter. Others bring up competitive rates and month to month leases. A few reviewers say the units were clean and the property felt safe and accessible. Other reviewers describe worse experiences, including billing surprises and a gate that was out of service for a stretch. Read the recent reviews yourself before you commit, and get the terms in writing. The facility sits near Lake Fayetteville, so it works for people storing boats in that part of town.
