About The Lakes Self Storage
The Lakes Self Storage in Mecosta handles RVs, boats, classic vehicles, and regular household goods with outdoor storage. Access is 24/7 and cameras watch the grounds. Contactless move-in is available if you want to set things up online. Reviews mostly mention how clean the units are, and several people note easy access and helpful management. One reviewer called the place immaculate after a quick rental setup with Kevin. Others say the owner responds quickly and that the facility is clean and well kept. Not every review is positive. One person had trouble reaching anyone about a lock issue, and another described a mix-up with a lock after new ownership took over. The majority still point to a clean, straightforward storage option in the area.

“I called the Lakes Self Storage and spoke to Kevin. I pretty much told him the size I needed , when I needed it , and that was pretty much it . It took no time and what a relief it was for this to be so trouble free!” – gwen C., 7 years ago, on Google
“Extremely professional, patient, and accommodating. There was no personal contact necessary as Kevin set up an online payment account and has a system in place to arrive at your convenience.” – Mike C., 6 years ago, on Google
“My experience here as been amazing! The owner always responds quickly, very friendly, and clean units. With all the snow/ice this past winter I was afraid stuff was going to get ruined once everything started to melt.” – Morgan P., 7 years ago, on Google
