About The Storage Place LLC
The Storage Place LLC sits in Branford and runs a gated campus with 24-hour access. Inside units range from 5' x 10' up to 10' x 25', and there are outside spots for RVs and boats. One camper owner who has rented about two months says he loves it and likes that you can pay online without calling in. That last part matters, because the phone is the weak spot in the reviews. Several people say calls go unanswered for days and emails through the website don't get a real reply. One reviewer calls the customer service terrible; another calls it unprofessional. The flip side shows up too: someone who met Sheila on site says she helped without hesitation and rates the service great. The place gets 4.0 from 13 Google reviews. Reviewers also mention it being reasonably priced, in a good location, and secured. If you want an outdoor spot for a rig, the online payment setup seems to be the smoothest path.
