There are oversize 20x60 pads for toy haulers and coach-and-tow setups, plus smaller spots for cars, jet skis and cargo trailers. Inner-yard spaces are pull-through, so a long rig does not get backed into a corner. The property is fenced and gated with 24-hour camera monitoring, and gate access runs 6am to 11pm daily. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. Reviewers call it clean and secure and say the layout is easy to move around in, even with a large RV or trailer. The manager gets mentioned as friendly and responsive. Not every review is glowing. Some long-term customers complain about steep rate increases and say the grounds have old pipes and nails, with gravel and cameras added over time. One owner reported damage during winter storage and was unhappy with the follow-up.
