About ToyBox Storage Suites LLC
ToyBox Storage Suites sits just off US-31 in Hart, a short drive from the Silver Lake Sand Dunes. The units are built for rigs and toys alike: motorhomes, campers, dune buggies, side-by-sides, snowmobiles, classic cars and boats all fit the bill. Each suite is a 1,250 sq. ft. space with a 16'x14' overhead door and 100-amp electrical service. What sets this place apart is the setup. These are deeded commercial storage condos you own, not rent. Owners can use them year-round, rent them out for income, or sell later. Access is 24/7 for owners. Reviewers are few but enthusiastic, and the construction keeps coming up. One writes about the builder's integrity and construction background, another mentions help finishing floors with epoxy, adding insulation and a mini split. A third calls out the location and the tall doors. It's a small sample, but a consistent one.
