About Trailside RV Park & Propane
Trailside sits right off the highway in Grain Valley, a short drive from Kansas City. It works as an overnight stop or a base for a few days, and reviewers mention shopping close by. Some note the road noise comes with the spot, so set expectations there. The bathrooms and showers come up often in reviews, mostly for being clean, with hot water that holds up. There is a pool that guests describe as older but kept clean, plus a playground and picnic area for kids. The dog park gets steady praise, and the laundry area has a waiting space next to it. Sites are pull-through with full hookups, though a few long-rig drivers said leveling took some work. Staff come across as friendly and quick to handle problems, and one reviewer called it affordable comfort rather than luxury. Reach out ahead of time if you have a big camper or specific needs.
