About Trailwood Storage LLC
Trailwood Storage sits just off the Lufkin Loop near the Brookhollow subdivision. It is a locally owned, gated facility with surveillance cameras and climate-controlled units. Reviewers call it the nicest, well-kept place they found in their search, and several mention the staff treating their contents like their own. People also bring up the office. One renter says they prorated a week when a move-in got delayed, and another describes friendly service from the first phone call on. A 10 x 30 unit worked for one couple moving their whole house to Lufkin. Clean buildings and a safe-feeling location come up more than once. Not every review glows. One person thought the price was too high for what they got and found a black widow spider and eggs in their unit and on the keypad. Another was told the facility was a good choice by a coworker and was pleased with the pricing and options.
